The best experience. The customer service was wonderful. The price was right (especially with a promo code that gave us a sleeping bags and pillows!) and they have a little “left behind” shelf you can help yourself to (and leave your leftovers behind too!). It definitely is NOT luxury, but if you want an unforgettable adventure, this is the place you’ll find it.

I have yet to actually pick up my Camper yet, but I am leaving this review now because I can't say enough good things about the service and help I have received from Kuku in planning out our camper rental. They have been really awesome. We now have a Category AA booked for later in 2019.

We found the research on who to choose for a camper pretty tedious, so hopefully this review helps those wondering. I will report back after wer are done our trip with any updates, but for now full marks!

We spent a week in a Renault Master camper van from Kuku last week, and had a wonderful trip. The van was well equipped and spacious, and had a fantastic heater in the back which we could use overnight and which kept us warm in the freezing Icelandic weather! Close to the end of the trip, the heater stopped working in the middle of the night, and when we let Kuku know, they got a new van driven out to us in time for the next night so we didn't need to spend a night in the cold! We did not need to change our plans at all, as they kindly came to where we were planning on staying the night. As well as solving the issue so quickly, they are also going to refund us our airport pick up fee as compensation. We also received regular email alerts with news about stormy weather and road closures which was hugely appreciated! We took the mercedes 4×4 so we were able to see a lot! It was an amazing car, heater worked so we were warm. The kuku stuff was super friendly and gave us bunch of usefull info and tips that were realy good for our trip. We will definitley come back!

Best company ever! Awesome car and kuku stuff made my trip unforgettable! You can feel that people with pasion made that place and are still working there. Highly recomended
